Our panel of guest speakers have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to retiement accounts and self directed accounts. Vickie Clevenger is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams as well as an investor with many IRA transactions under her belt, from purchases with her IRA,borrowing from others IRAs, and Lending from here own. Ed Griffin our second guest has recently retired from a large corporation that managed millions of dollars in retirement funds and is now using self directed IRA funds to invest in real estate and notes. If you want to roll over your 401k and your current employer tells you can't, then Ed is the man to see. Kim Tucker is our last guest and self directed funds from private lenders are the primary source of funding for many of the transactions in her office.
Locations, Times, and Fees
Members attend all meetings for FREE. Guest Pay $25 a the door (check or credit card) or Guests can preregister for $15 by visiting our Calendar of Events. Meeting starts at 6pm. Be sure to bring your email confirmation for meeting access if you pre-register.
