MAREI Standard Membership - for one person
Our Standard membership is for one person and includes all of the above benefits and is the perfect membership for a real estate professional wanting to meet other professionals and learn at the same time. From the beginner investor to the old pro, the standard membership will provide you with the support and guidance you need.
Standard Membership has two ways to pay
- Annually, cost is $99 per year, add a 2nd person for $50
- Pay as You Go $19 initial fee and $10 a month thereafter, 2nd person $5 initial fee & $5 a month.
Business Membership - for two persons
Our Business Membership is for the Real Estate Professional or supporting business entity that wants to promote themselves, a product, or a service. It is designed for a company membership with up to 2 employees. While this membership comes with all the same great benefits as the Standard Membership it has 4 added benefits.
- The membership for 2 belongs to the Business. This means that the Business can designate any two people to attend the meetings for the Business, one month it could be the manager and a staff person, the next month, two staff people, and then next month the owner and a guest. Any two people the Business Designates.
- The Business also gets to place a listing in our Online Vendor Directory so all of the visitors to our web site can find them. This listing can be as simple or detailed as the Vendor would like, using HTML, photos, links and more. And can link back to your web site in one or many places to build traffic and web site ranking.
- The Business also receives space in the month Newsletter the size of a business card. This give you space to promote yourself to a small extent, keep your name in front of our members, and can also link back to your web site. We email out our monthly newsletter in a pdf form that has live clickable links and can easily be printed to read off line. We also post this on the web site for a year and in the archives indefinitely. We also print a limited quantity of our newsletter to hand out at our monthly General Meeting.
- We also have a Membership Benefits where we can showcase a discount for our members offered by our Business Members. This is one sure fire way to build more business is by offering a discount.
