Members register to recieve a FREE trial subscription to the Kansas City Business Journal.

General Meetings
MAREI meets once a month on the 2nd Tuesday. All members attend this event for no additional cost. Non-Members will pay $25 at the door or $15 by preregistering online through our calendar of events. This is a savings of a minimum of $66 to a maximum of $176 for a person who attends all 11 of our general meetings.

Workshops
MAREI hosts on average one workshop a month. These workshops consist of a short, all training event offered by the experienced investors in our association with no sales. We also offer an all day workshop with a national expert who usually has a training product that they offer for sale. These sales help us pay for the meeting room and the cost of running the association. Both are offered to our members for $25 each to our members or $50 for non-members. For the member who attends at least 4 workshops in a year, they will save $100.

Library
Our library is packed with 100's of articles, ebooks, forms, and documents. Many of the ebooks are full complete books in digital form that if purchased as a paper copy at the bookstore would cost on average $20. Access just 5 of these books and you have a savings of $100.

Classifieds
We have not put a value on our online Classifieds, but they are an excellent tool to market your jobs and real estate to other members and the visitors to our web site. All members can log into the member area to post a classified that is viewable by the general public.

Newsletter Archives
All of our newsletters, The Investment News, are archived in our library. Our public side of the site posts some of the most recent newsletters, but we have all newsletters posted in our archives since 2007. These newsletters include business cards of many of our vendor members as well as information packed articles on many different real estate and small business management topics.

We have negotiated with Kinko's to be able to offer a discount card to the copy center at your locak Kinko's. On average the card will offer you up to a 20% discount on all regularly priced copy services. Discount card mailed with your membership package.
